Things You Need to Know
We hope you love all the treasures you buy from Trophy Chic Boutique! Please order carefully... Pre-order and discounted items (sale, clearance, final sale, special promotion, etc.) are not eligible for return. For other items you purchase and aren't happy with, we will gladly exchange sizes, if available, or offer a refund-as long as the item is received back at the boutique within 7 days of pick-up notification or delivery receipt. This policy is firm. Customers are responsible for return postage on all non-defective items. To receive a refund, please contact us for a Return Authorization number. Only items with an RA# will be eligible for refund. The item must be in the original packaging and all tags (if any) intact. It cannot be worn and must be in "sellable" condition, i.e. not smell of smoke or perfume, no deodorant marks, pet hair, etc. The boutique will make a final determination on if the item meets a "sellable" condition, prior to issuing a refund.
If an item is defective, please notify the boutique via email and send picture proof of defect within 2 days of item receipt. If item is available, we will replace the item, but if not, we'll gladly refund your money!
